Best Promotional Partnership Application

Applications must be completed by 31st July 2007. Please complete the following sections in full.

For a Payroll Giving promotion which was successful as a result of a partnership between the employer and any other organisation, including a Payroll Giving Agency, Professional Fundraising Organisation or other external partner. The category winner will need to illustrate the expectations and outcomes of the partnership.

MANDATORY INFORMATION
Entries are judged strictly against the following criteria. You may enter for more than one Award.

About your organisation and your external partner: Please supply some information about your organisation such as numbers of employees, your location, the nature of your business, single or multi-site and give brief details of the external partner.
Objectives: What were your overall objectives for a) your organisation and b) your external partner and any mutual objectives you agreed. What did both organisations expect to achieve and in what way were those expectations met? (Max 300 words)
Activities and challenges: What promotional activities did you implement as part of the promotion and to what extent did your partner participate in the decision making process? What challenges were identified and how were they overcome? (Max 450 words)
Targets: What were your individual and joint targets for the promotion of your Payroll Giving scheme in respect of levels of participation, what other targets did you set? (Max 200 words)
Results: What were your actual results, if they were different from your targets, please elaborate? (Max 300 words)
Benefits of the partnership agreement: When promoting your scheme with your external partner what were the key benefits and how effective was the partnership in respect of the overall results? (Max 200 words)
Impact and key learnings: Define the measurable impact that the promotion had on: A. your organisation (Max 100 words) B. your employees (Max 100 words) C. charities (Max 100 words)	A
